Can I keep my home number active too?+
Yes. Your eSIM runs alongside your existing SIM. Your home number stays active for calls and texts.
When does my plan start counting down?+
The clock starts the moment the eSIM connects to a network in Albania, not when you buy it. Install it at home and it waits for you.
Does it work at Tirana airport and the land borders?+
Yes. Tirana “Nënë Tereza”, Kukës and Vlorë airports are covered, as are the Kakavijë, Qafë Botë, Morinë, Han i Hotit and Qafë Thanë crossings.
Does it work in the Albanian Alps?+
Theth, Valbona and the Koman ferry all have coverage in the valleys. The high pass between Theth and Valbona is thin — download an offline map before you set out.
Can I share my connection with a laptop?+
Hotspot and tethering are included on every plan at no extra cost.
Does the eSIM work in Kosovo, Montenegro or Greece?+
This plan is for Albania. If your trip crosses borders, ask support about a regional Balkans plan before you buy.
